LUNA Lighting’s owner Pam Bingham, is a lighting designer specializing in landscape and exterior lighting. She is a graduate of the Lighting Design program from Ryerson University, and has trained with Janet Lennox Moyer of the Lighting Research Institute in Troy, New York and attended courses with Nightscaping Inc. in California. She is a member and has her certification from the Association of Outdoor Lighting Professionals (AOLP).

Pam is a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES), and International Dark Sky Association (IDA).

Recently, Pam has joined the board of the lighting commodity group. This is the newest commodity group under Landscape Ontario.
